ATI6 - Management and Dissemination

Objectives

This activity aims to ensure a timely execution of the project and achievement of the proposed objectives, the implementation of proper communication tools between partners and finally to guarantee the follow-up of the activities and investments plan.

ATI 6.1 - Create visual and graphic identity and promotional material

Visual and graphic identity of the project will be created through the preparation of the project logos and communication templates. The project website will be created together with digital content to be disseminated trough the partners channels and other promotion material (flyers, brochures, banners, etc). This task aims to implement actions planed in “Communication Plan”.

ATI 6.2 - Participation in technological and technical-scientific events

Due to the scientific nature of the Physalia Physalis activities and the innovation degree, it is required to promote and disseminate the main scientific achievements towards the attendance to national and international conferences, fairs, and exhibition events. This task aims to implement actions planed in “Communication Plan”.

ATI 6.3 - Co-authored papers preparation and publication

Due to the scientific nature of the Physalia Physalis activities, it is required to promote and disseminate the main scientific achievements towards the publication of scientific manuscripts. This task aims to implement actions planed in “Communication Plan”.

ATI 6.4 - Technical management of project

This task encompasses all the actions that will be carried out to ensure the fulfilment of the working plan, defined objectives, deliverables and milestones and for promoting an effective coordination among all partners. Other actions as project management, oversee dates are met, audit the quality of work and contents delivered to EEA GRANTS, oversee technical progress together with the technical leader, supervise the project’s progress rate, manage project funding, represent the consortium at external events, and report to EEA GRANTS.
